Warm Bamboo Massage

Warmed smooth bamboo sticks are used to achieve a lengthening and relaxing massage. Perfect for deep work but still therapeutic for light work.

Abhyanga Ayurvedic Massage

A rhythmic, flowing massage with warm herbal oils to nourish and soothe the nervous system, stimulate circulation, soften the skin, and bring balance to the body. Try the traditional dry exfoliation done with raw silk gloves (garshana) for a complete experience.

Thai Massage

A rejuvenating therapy that blends acupressure, deep stretching, and rhythmic compressions. This treatment uses gentle rocking and stretching techniques to release tension, enhance flexibility, and restore energy flow. Performed on a mat while fully clothed.

Prenatal Massage
